Use of the apps

The apps are distributed via the Apple App Store. Their use is additionally governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different agreement applies. You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the apps for personal purposes.

Liability

Content and apps are prepared with care and provided without warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Our liability follows statutory provisions; for slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Aachen.
